Tickets

The Intelligent Enforcement Tickets module can be tailored to accommodate any type of ticket or event – be it issuing of tickets, warning notices, clamping notices and processing of events such as removals, machine or other equipment and street furniture faults or observations (such as graffiti, dog fouling, littering etc.).

Digital Permits

Issue and manage vehicle permits and non-vehicle licences through a secure, fully configurable digital platform. Customisable web forms allow applicants to submit requests and supporting documentation online, automatically routing submissions into a workflow queue for review.

Validation rules, approval processes and business logic can be tailored to match existing policies or support improved permit management workflows, delivering greater efficiency, transparency and financial reconciliation for operators.

Mobile Enforcement

Our mobile enforcement application enables officers to capture infringement data in accordance with local parking legislation and operational guidelines. Optional features such as GPS tracking and ANPR plate recognition enhance efficiency and accuracy in the field.

The app provides real-time access to sensor status, machine payments, mobile parking payments and permit validation, ensuring officers have full visibility of parking activity. All data synchronises with the back-office platform via Wi-Fi or mobile networks, enabling fast, reliable enforcement operations on the move.

Our solution is fully hosted in the cloud, removing the need for local infrastructure or licences for real-time, mobile-enabled enforcement.

In addition to real-time data exchange and cloud-hosted access, Intelligent Enforcement includes a suite of standard reports. These provide detailed financial and statistical insights drawn directly from the database, with each processing module offering income, status, detail, and statistical reports to support ongoing monitoring and informed decision-making.

The Income Report within the Intelligent Enforcement Platform provides councils and operators with a clear, audit-ready breakdown of all revenue activity generated through enforcement operations. It consolidates financial performance into a single, easy-to-interpret view, enabling accurate reconciliation, transparency, and better operational decision-making.

The statistical report allows the same criteria to be defined as the income report but reports non-financial data. Report information includes the number of permits/tickets issued, number observed, number that have paid in full, number paid within discount, number partially paid, number written off along with refunds issued and number cancelled. In particular, this allows the performance of an officer to be monitored/benchmarked.

The Detail Report provides a complete, line-by-line view of every enforcement action taken within the selected timeframe. It delivers full operational transparency, enabling councils and operators to track officer activity, review infringement specifics, analyse patterns, and support investigations or appeals with precise data.

The Status Report provides a clear, real-time snapshot of every infringement’s current lifecycle position. It allows councils and operators to instantly understand how infringements are progressing through issuance, review, payment, or cancellation – ensuring strong operational oversight and faster decision-making.
